Use these fields to prepare a product-specific inquiry. AULEN reviews feasibility and confirms the final specification before quotation.
- Material and application
- Identify PMMA or PS, the end use, service environment and full sheets or fabricated parts; avoid specifying only a plastic mirror.
- Thickness and dimensions
- Provide thickness, length, width, units and dimensional tolerance. Attach a dimensioned drawing and revision for fabricated parts.
- Mirror finish
- Specify mirror colour, mirror side and visual acceptance criteria. Supply a reference sample where colour matching is required.
- Backing and mounting
- State any adhesive-backing requirement, mounting substrate, flatness and fixing method for compatibility review.
- Processing
- Include holes, cut contours, edges and tolerance. PMMA laser processing requires review; PS cannot be laser cut.
- Protection and packing
- Specify protective film, surface protection, packing and handling requirements. A 4H option applies only to an exact verified PMMA product.
- Quantity and destination
- State sample and order quantities, destination country and city, and requested trade terms for packing and transport review.
- Timing and acceptance documents
- Give your requested arrival date, sample acceptance criteria and required documents. These are RFQ inputs, not a confirmed price, lead time, certification or supply commitment.
