When comparing PS, review budget, visual requirements and processing rather than treating every plastic mirror as interchangeable. PMMA is the only material in this AULEN comparison with confirmed laser-processing suitability. The 4H option still requires verification for the exact product or SKU and does not apply to every mirror sheet.
Mark thickness, dimensional tolerance, holes, edges and surface protection on the drawing. Review mounting substrate rigidity, flatness, adhesive compatibility and fixing together; do not assume the mirror sheet is a self-supporting structure. Outdoor, high-temperature, flame or safety uses require separate service conditions and exact-product evidence, not an inference from a decorative application.
